How to Get Rid of Fungus in Your Body (Fully and Finally)

STEP 1: Starve It
Fungus feeds on:
- Sugar (all forms: white, brown, cane, coconut, maple, etc.)
- Simple carbs (bread, pasta, rice, cereal, crackers)
- Alcohol (especially wine, beer, kombucha)
- Fermented foods (yes, even “healthy” ones while purging)
- Moldy foods (corn, peanuts, coffee, aged cheese)
Zero tolerance. Even small amounts keep it alive.
STEP 2: Kill It
You need direct antifungal agents. Rotate between types to prevent resistance.
Pharmaceutical:
- Fluconazole (Diflucan) – systemic candida killer
- Nystatin – gut-specific; doesn’t absorb into blood
- Itraconazole – deeper tissue/mold support
Herbal:
- Caprylic acid (from coconut)
- Garlic (allicin)
- Oregano oil
- Black walnut hull
- Pau d’arco
- Berberine / neem (also target parasites)
Use in cycles: 2–3 weeks on, 1 week off, then rotate.
STEP 3: Break the Biofilm
Biofilm is a slimy shield fungus uses to hide from your immune system.
Use:
- Interfase Plus (enzymes + EDTA)
- Lumbrokinase or nattokinase (enzyme biofilm busters)
- Apple cider vinegar (acid disruptor)
- Bentonite clay + psyllium husk (to sweep debris out)
Always take binders 30–60 min after biofilm disruptors to absorb die-off toxins.
STEP 4: Flush It Out
Once you kill it, get it out fast—or the mycotoxins recirculate.
Use:
- Activated charcoal
- Bentonite clay
- Zeolite
- Chlorella
- High-fiber detox shakes
- Magnesium citrate / castor oil packs / enemas to keep bowels moving
If you’re not pooping, you’re reabsorbing the poison.
STEP 5: Rebuild & Seal the Terrain
