This audio recording confirms the conversation between Noelle and Westminster & Chelsea Hospital staff on 4 February 2024, where the truth was deliberately misrepresented in the safeguarding referral.

  • Verbal distortion of mother’s words and behaviour

  • Medical gaslighting in collaboration with RBKC
