“Though the Witch knew the Deep Magic, there is a magic deeper still which she did not know. Her knowledge goes back only to the dawn of time. But if she could have looked a little further back… she would have known that when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor’s stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backward.” - Aslan, C.S. Lewis, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

Communication Is a Choice—So Make It, or Step Aside.

“Replying to Emails: I Don’t Rush, and You Can Choose to Listen or Not”

✉️ My Communication Philosophy

“I don’t like being rushed and I don’t rush anyone.”
“If they ignore me, I just move on with my life due to incompatibility.”

Communication is not a demand—it is a choice. I respect yours. Kindly return the favour.

🧠 Refusal to Read Is a Form of Misconduct

“Human motto: ‘I misunderstand and I refuse to listen so I continue to misunderstand.’”

This is not miscommunication. It’s strategic ignorance.

🀝 How Communication Works in My Life

“My boyfriend reads my emails and then we talk—verbally, but only after reading.”
“This is how everyone respectful in my life handles it.”

Read first. Speak after. That’s the adjustment. That’s the law.

⚠️ A Request for Legal Respect

“It makes no sense for me to email my lawyers about my case only for it to be ignored or treated like it’s ‘for fun.’”
“I think it’s weird.”

So do I. And so would any tribunal.

“The No-Shows Mount — and So Does the Exhaustion”

πŸ“© THE UNHEARD EMAIL:

“Social worker didn’t show up today.”
“I’m tired of being bothered while I’m sick.”
“I’m not responding to emails since no one responded to mine for a full year.”

Neglect is not always procedural. Sometimes it’s just absence in a slot where presence was promised.

πŸ’€ NO-SHOWS ARE MORE THAN INCONVENIENCES

Each missed visit compounds illness.
Each silence extends harm.
Each ignored message becomes part of the archive—and the evidence.

🚫 SILENCE IS A FORM OF RETALIATION

When you don’t show up for a year,
you don’t get to expect a reply.

THE NO-SHOWS PILE UP—AND SO DOES MY EXHAUSTION.

πŸ“© THE MESSAGE THEY REFUSE TO HEAR

“Social worker didn’t show up today.”
“I’m tired of being bothered while I’m sick.”
“I’m not responding to emails since no one responded to mine for a full year.”
“We won’t be home on my birthday.”

A pattern of disregard disguised as oversight.
A year of silence punctuated by missed obligations.

πŸ’€ NO-SHOWS ARE NOT JUST INCONVENIENCES

They are administrative abandonment.
They are procedural attrition.
They are a form of coercion by fatigue.

🚫 SILENCE MEANS NO CONSENT

If you cannot be bothered to reply for twelve months,
do not expect the privilege of access.
Absence has consequences—and I’m writing them all down.

When No One Reads, I File Police Reports.

I’M NOT EMAILING FOR FUN. I’M EMAILING BECAUSE YOU WON’T LISTEN.

πŸ“£ THE REQUEST THEY KEEP MISUNDERSTANDING:

“I just want to find a way to communicate more efficiently with you.”
“I can’t talk for more than a few minutes at a time.”
“Long explanations must be written.”
“I’m emailing to give you information—not to overwhelm you.”

You don’t have to respond to each email.
You just have to read them.

🧠 WHAT THEY DON’T UNDERSTAND:

  • I am not okay.

  • Speaking causes illness.

  • I prioritise my children’s needs over yours.

  • I’m not “being difficult.” I’m being strategic in order to survive.

I’m not asking you to like me.
I’m asking you to process information in a non-abusive way.

πŸ—ƒ️ RE: WHY I FILE POLICE REPORTS:

“I started making police reports for everyone because my lawyers weren’t advising me.”
“They won’t read my emails.”
“I made my own decision until the police gave me better advice.”

When professionals refuse to communicate with disabled people,
they push us into crisis.
When lawyers stop responding,
we become our own advocates.
And when systems gaslight silence,
we document everything—including them.

πŸ“Ž LET THIS BE UNDERSTOOD:

I’m not “oversharing.”
I’m surviving the absence of care.
If you cannot comprehend written communication,
you are not qualified to assess my parenting, my wellness, or my decisions.

Stop Emailing Me If You’re Going to Ignore Me for a Year.

YOU DIDN’T SHOW UP. AND STILL, I’M CALLED NON-COMPLIANT.

πŸ“¨ Sent To:
Laura Savage, Kirsty Hornal, Dr Philip Reid, Simon O’Meara, and any other inbox watching silently for a misstep—

Let the record reflect:
The social worker didn’t show up.
I was home. Ill. Documented. Available.
And once again, I was harassed for not responding
by the very people who ignored me for an entire year.

πŸ•―️ WHAT I SAID:

“Social worker didn’t show up today.”
“I’m tired of being bothered while I’m sick.”
“I’m not responding to emails since no one responded to mine for a full year.”
“We won’t be home on my birthday.”

🧾 THE TRANSLATION FOR THE RECORD:

  • Disregarding my emails for a year = normal

  • Not answering yours while I’m sick = non-engagement

  • Social worker failure to attend = forgotten

  • Mother asserting boundaries = non-cooperative

You’re not monitoring risk. You’re manufacturing it.

πŸŽ‚ BIRTHDAY NOTICE:

We won’t be home.
Because being surveilled on your birthday is not a rite of passage.
It’s state harassment wrapped in scheduled visitation.

πŸ” SYSTEMIC PATTERN:

They ignore.
Then accuse.
Then reframe your boundary as instability.
Then pretend not to understand.
