“Though the Witch knew the Deep Magic, there is a magic deeper still which she did not know. Her knowledge goes back only to the dawn of time. But if she could have looked a little further back… she would have known that when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor’s stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backward.” - Aslan, C.S. We Do Not Argue. We Archive.

Filed Under: Bullying in A&E, NHS Defensiveness, Verbal Refusal, Respiratory Abuse, SWANK London Ltd

Dear Kirsty (et al.),

“I do not waste my time arguing with people.”

This is not silence.
This is strategy.

“They either want to help or they don’t. It’s that simple.”

And when they don’t? I do what sovereign archivists do best—
document.

I file. I publish. I dismantle.

Because when you argue with a breathless mother,
you reveal who you serve—and it isn’t care.

“I cannot speak verbally to argue or explain things period.”

Let me translate:
I am not the problem.
Your communication expectations are.

“The hospital bullies me and my children every time we have a respiratory issue…”

And still you dare call it support.
No. It is clinical coercion by disbelief.

“Talking exacerbates my asthma.”
“My asthma is worse now because of that ignorant doctor.”

And this is why I speak only through the written record.
Typed. Filed. Forwarded.

You refused treatment.
I responded with documented clarity.

You denied belief.
I delivered archival consequence.

“The Hospitals Refuse to Breathe With Us”

Filed Under: A&E Bullying · Medical Gaslighting · Child Neglect by Refusal · Verbal Abuse by Protocol · NHS Ignorance · SWANK London Ltd

Dear Kirsty,

“Yes, the hospital’s perspective is what I’ve been asking about for an entire year.”

And still, no reply. Because there is no perspective—only projection.

“No one will tell me what the ‘erratic’ behaviour was…”

Let me tell you what’s erratic:
Refusing to treat a woman with asthma because she can’t argue back.
Blaming her for being abused in your waiting rooms.
Treating her children with even less compassion than you afford her.

“That wasn’t the same hospital. That was St Thomas. This was St Mary’s.”

And yet… the cruelty is identical.
The oxygen denial is choreographed.

“I’m going to sue them. It’s child neglect.”

Yes. And medical misconduct. And procedural sabotage.

Because I do not scream.
I do not shout.

I document.
And I move legal systems with receipts, not rage.

“They either want to help or they don’t. It’s that simple.”
“If they don’t want to help, I document it online and move on.”

This is not a tantrum.
This is record-keeping in a hostile state.

I do not owe you performance.
I owe my children protection.

I Can’t Breathe, and They Keep Calling Me

๐Ÿ–‹ SWANK Dispatch | 3 December 2024
“Perpetrator Index: Volume I”

Filed Under: Disability Retaliation · Legal Declarations · Institutional Perpetrators · Voice-Based Harassment · Sovereign Respiratory Rights · SWANK London Ltd

To All Involved Parties (and All Soon-to-Be Subpoenaed),

“When people become hostile towards me and endanger my health by continually discriminating against me when I can’t breathe well…”

That sentence is not a complaint.
It is Exhibit A.

You call me when I’ve expressly stated I cannot speak.
You ignore my communication adjustment.
You rebrand coercion as care.

So I did what any disabled mother, litigant, and archivist would do.
I named you. One by one:

  • Apple Covent Garden

  • Drayton Park Primary School

  • Westminster Social Services

  • Kensington & Chelsea Social Services

  • Westminster Police

  • St Thomas’ Hospital

  • St Mary’s Hospital

  • Chelsea and Westminster Hospital

These names now reside in the preliminary index of liability.
Not for catharsis. For court.
Not for pity. For precedent.

You may call it excessive.
I call it Volume I.

My Asthma Isn’t a Risk — Your Referral Is

๐Ÿ“Ž SWANK Dispatch: Four Children. Three Diagnoses. Zero Legal Reason to Escalate.

๐Ÿ—“️ 28 February 2024

Filed Under: Section 47 escalation, disability discrimination, safeguarding misuse, RBKC retaliation, Chelsea and Westminster cover-up, asthma crisis weaponised, mother’s medical record ignored, lawful parenting undermined, discriminatory assessment

“He kept asking if my son looks after me.
I said no.
But I do look after myself.
And I had to record it — because I knew they wouldn’t write it down.”

— A Disabled Mother Denied Protection but Given Surveillance

This document captures the height of RBKC’s Section 47 misconduct, following a string of false safeguarding referralsinitiated by Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Despite having:

  • Four children with formal asthma diagnoses

  • written medical record of her own chronic illness

  • Documented retaliation from NHS staff after requesting oxygen and filing a complaint

RBKC social workers, including Samira Issa, continued to escalate concerns based on:

  • “Frequency of referrals” (all originating from misconduct)

  • Out-of-context observations about her voice, posture, or family dynamics

  • Their own failure to understand her disability

๐Ÿ”Ž I. When the Report Isn’t an Assessment — It’s a Narrative

RBKC’s internal reports:

  • Omitted key medical facts

  • Reframed legal homeschooling as a concern

  • Suggested parentification without evidence

  • Downplayed the falsehood of the original referral

  • Used subjective impressions of “household energy” as justification

And worst of all:

  • Never referenced the video or audio recordings that contradicted their version

  • Refused to withdraw the report, despite being proven factually incorrect

๐Ÿ“น II. The Evidence They Ignored

Noelle submitted:

Yet these were never referenced in the investigation.

✍️ III. SWANK Commentary

They claim to care about the child’s welfare.
But they don’t want to talk about asthma.
Or mold.
Or missing medical files.
Or why Samira Issa brought her mum instead of a professional.

The “concern”
is just a cover
for surveillance.

They Wanted Me to Complain Quietly. I Published Instead.

⟡ They Bullied Me at the Hospital. Then Filed a Report About Me. So I Filed One About Them. ⟡

Formal statement to the Metropolitan Police, Westminster Children’s Services, and NHS staff responding to retaliatory complaint practices by hospital authorities and the refusal of police to act.

I. What Happened

On 21 November 2024, the parent filed a statement with the Metropolitan Police documenting:

  • Sustained bullying and harassment from NHS hospital staff

  • The pattern of hospitals filing reports against her only when she refuses to accept mistreatment

  • The refusal of the police to investigate or act, citing the matter as “civil”

  • Her explicit refusal to engage with institutional complaints procedures designed to silence abuse

  • Her decision to archive, publish, and escalate the pattern through SWANK and public record channels

The message was also sent to social worker Kirsty Hornal, NHS GP Dr Philip Reid, and legal representatives. The subject line was crystal clear: “Now you have the truth.”

II. What the Complaint Establishes

  • That the NHS has repeatedly retaliated against a disabled parent via safeguarding escalation when challenged

  • That hospital staff used internal reporting to weaponise professional standing rather than provide care

  • That the Metropolitan Police refused to act, advising the parent to “speak to PALS”

  • That the parent rejected internal complaints systems as futile and chose transparency instead

  • That safeguarding escalation continues to function as reputational control, not protection

III. Why SWANK Logged It

Because when the same hospital that dismissed your oxygen crisis tries to call the police on you for defending your child,
you’re not in a healthcare setting —
you’re in an institutional theatre.

Because when the police tell you it’s not criminal to be bullied by doctors,
they’re not protecting the public — they’re preserving the hierarchy.

And because when the system tells you to file a complaint,
but never responds to one,
you stop playing their game —
and start building your own archive.

IV. Violations

  • Human Rights Act 1998 – Articles 3, 6, and 8
Psychological harm from institutional retaliation; denial of remedy and due process

  • Equality Act 2010 – Section 27
    Victimisation after asserting disability rights

  • Care Act 2014 – Duty of Safeguarding
Misuse of safeguarding escalation in response to protected disclosure

  • Freedom of Expression – ECHR Article 10
Protected right to document, share, and publish public interest records outside institutional complaint loops

V. SWANK’s Position

This was not a complaint.
It was a declaration of refusal.

This wasn’t about being heard.
It was about being recorded.

They wanted a form.
We gave them a file.
They wanted silence.
We gave them SWANK.

Breathless Is Not Unreasonable: How NHS Staff Abuse Disabled Families, Then Call Them Difficult

⟡ “I Don’t Fight Like a Wild Animal. I Email Until You Lose Your Job.” ⟡
Medical Neglect, Hospital Misconduct, and the Anatomy of Verbal Retaliation When You Can’t Breathe

Filed: 23 November 2024

Email documenting abusive NHS conduct toward disabled parent and children, failed A&E procedures, and verbal disability assertion — with a formal threat to escalate publicly and legally.

I. What Happened

On 23 November 2024, Polly Chromatic sent a structured, blistering email to GP Philip Reid and a group of social services and legal recipients. It contained:

  • Dosage and health updates for multiple children (prednisone use)

  • Observations about neglectful NHS staff who mishandled intake tests

  • First-hand documentation of emotional and physical abuse in A&E settings

  • A written refusal to continue tolerating hospital-based maltreatment

When King’s lungs were visibly struggling, the staff told him to “breathe with his mouth closed,” and took his temperature by placing the device beside — not in — his ear.

And when Polly complained, they accused her of racism.

This was not a meltdown. It was a case file.

II. What the Complaint Establishes

  • Repeated NHS neglect of a disabled parent and her children

  • Mistreatment framed as clinical policy, not bias

  • Weaponised accusations (racism, non-compliance) used to deflect accountability

  • Disability dismissal: severe asthma and verbal impairment treated as irritants

  • Verbal retaliation criminalised, while institutional abuse remained protected

III. Why SWANK Logged It

Because what gets called an “angry email” is often a legal archive in its purest form.

This message is strategic, evidentiary, and fully aware of the consequences. It does not plead — it indicts. Every sentence is an affidavit in disguise. Every word is a rebuttal to the fantasy that “reasonable” patients get treated fairly.

SWANK logged it because no parent should have to diagnose their own child while defending their legal right not to suffocate in silence.

IV. SWANK’s Position

This was not aggression.
It was survival, forwarded.

We do not accept that hospitals can fail four children and then ask for politeness.
We do not accept that accusations of racism erase acts of clinical cruelty.
We will document every time a parent was forced to write their own discharge summary because the state refused to care.
