The Desperate Email

On 14 December 2024, Noelle Meline wrote to Kirsty Hornal and Sarah Newman, copying Laura Savage and Simon O’Meara, Bcc’d to Nannette Nicholson:

“I appreciate you’ve tried to reply, but it took so long that I’m too sick to care anymore.”
“It’s like you think I’m emailing for fun.”
“Despite many emails, no one listens.”
“We have been traumatised by sewer gas poisoning that killed our cat.”
“Hospitals argue while we are dying.”
“We’re accused of child abuse repeatedly for years.”

“Social workers just make us sicker by bothering us.”
“Society is hostile and uncooperative.”
“I’m pursuing lawsuits because no one reads or responds.”
“Even my mother makes me sicker by forcing phone calls.”
“We are isolated and attacked, so we stay home.”
“My kids don’t want to go anywhere because it’s too hostile.”

UNWARRANTED WARNINGS: DO NOT INSTRUCT MY CHILD TO SMOKE

The Message

On 14 December 2024, Polly Chromatic wrote to Kirsty Hornal and Sarah Newman, with Laura Savage copied and Nannette Nicholson Bcc’d:

“I don’t appreciate Regal’s doctor at Hammersmith Hospital telling Regal not to smoke or use vapes when this wasn’t even in his consciousness prior to her telling him that.”

“There’s no need to reprimand my kids for things they have never thought about.”

“My kids are not like British children. My children don’t have any consciousness of the disgusting things humans do and I don’t want them exposed to it or treated like they would do such ignorant things.”

“My children don’t need to be treated like trash to behave like British children.”

This is not just a complaint. It is a declaration of parental sovereignty.
To instruct a child not to smoke when they’ve never considered smoking is not guidance—it is verbal contamination.

The Email

On 14 December 2024, Polly Chromatic wrote to Kirsty Hornal and Sarah Newman, with Laura SavagePhilip Reid, and Simon O’Meara copied:

“I’m very ill and afraid to go to A&E just to be bullied and not believed.”
“Every time it’s almost too much trouble to bother because it’s so much effort to even get there when I can’t breathe.”
“Then they want to argue about it and they make me even sicker, and on top of that they accuse me of crimes because they are so hostile and don’t believe me.”

“The bottom line is that no one cares, so it’s best if everyone just leaves us alone and we will deal with it as best we can.”

“I greatly appreciate Dr Reid for his help. No one has ever helped us like he has.”

This is not avoidance. It is self-preservation.
Every emergency visit becomes a trial by disbelief, with breathing framed as evidence and silence framed as guilt.

“Ignored Clarity Becomes Silence. Silence Becomes Risk.”

The Plea That Went Unheard

On 14 December 2024, Polly Chromatic wrote the following to Kirsty Hornal and Sarah Newman, with Laura Savageand Philip Reid copied:

“It’s like no one takes me seriously and I don’t know why, as I’ve been very clear—yet no one will talk to the hospital and find out why.”

And in one unanswerable sentence:

“Probably better to stay home and die.”

That is not drama.
That is data.
That is what happens when all forms of available communication are ignored.

It’s not that help isn’t possible.
It’s that they chose not to connect the lines between her, her hospital, and her truth.

“Apple Refused to Accommodate My Disability—Then Threatened Me”

Filed From: Flat 22, 2 Periwinkle Gardens, London W2
Author: Polly Chromatic
Filed Under: Disability Accommodation Failure · Customer Harassment · Verbal Adjustment Denied · Racial Misconduct · SWANK Incident Report

The Incident at Apple Covent Garden

While seeking support for my iPad at the Apple Genius Bar, I encountered verbal hostility and adjustment refusal, in direct violation of disability law.

Despite calmly requesting pen-and-paper communication due to my verbal disability and respiratory strain, the Black male staff member ignored the request and escalated the situation—threatening to call security after I raised my voice to be understood.

I clearly stated:

“This is racial bias. You are accusing me because of how I sound, not what I’ve done.”

Manager Intervened, But Harassment Continued

Though a manager briefly assisted, a second employee—also of Black ethnicity—then intervened aggressivelyverbally harassing me further and threatening to misreport the incident internally.

Again, my medical communication request was ignored.

This was not a misunderstanding.
It was systemic: a commercial institution refusing written communication and punishing disability with suspicion.
